Biography

Quan Bai received his PhD and MSc from the University of Wollongong, Australia, and graduated with double bachelor degree from Tianjin University, China. Quan Bai is currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow for CSIRO ICT Hobart. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow for the University of Wollongong. Since 2003, Quan Bai have published more than 25 research papers, which include 6 international journal papers and 5 book chapters. In 2009, he was invited as a guest editor for a special issue of the International Journal of Web Intelligence and Agent Systems.
