Biography

He started his career in Civil Aviation working with Radars, Navaids, and VHF communications, and then he moved to the Petroleum Industry performing Geophysical measurements for Schlumberger Surenco. After graduating with an MBA he spent some time in the Marketing Area as Sales Manager of Test equipment, and then for Medical and Industrial Radioisotopes. He migrated to Australia in 1991 and began working in the Medical field with Laser Machines and equipment for Radiology, then he moved to the Quality control Area responsable for the in-circuit and functional tests, programming of the ATE and associated test equipment. In February 2000 he joined CSIRO working in the development of MMIC's and other research millimeter wave projects.

Achievements & Awards

2007	Member of the Gigabit Wireless Team that won the Chairman's Medal Award, which is CSIRO's most prestigious award.
