Biography

Jiaming Li received her B.E and M.E. degrees from the Radio Engineering Department of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China in 1986 and 1989, respectively. She received Ph.D degree from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, the University of New South Wales, Australia, in 1998. She joined CSIRO Division of Radiophysics in May 1998. Now She is working in Autonomous System Lab at CSIRO ICT Centre.

She has been involved in many projects throughout the years, including SQIS (System of Quick Image Search), Tele-collaboration, Cat Herding, GREMLab, Distributed Energy Management and Control, Intelligent Energy, HVAC System Management, Virtual Power Station and Smart Grid Smart City.

Her expertise and research interests include image/video and adaptive signal processings, face recognition, multi-agent system, machine learning.
