Biography
I am a PhD student in Computer Vision, studying under the tutelage of Dr Simon Lucey at the CSIRO Queensland Centre for Advanced Technologies (QCAT), and Prof Sridha Sridharan at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
I am interested in understanding intelligence, perception and classification from a mathematical, biological and philosophical perspective. My particular research interests at the moment include unsupervised labelling of body structure for non-rigid SfM, the derivation of bases of temporal features, and unsupervised action recognition and clustering from motion capture data, inspired largely by the work of Dr Fernando De La Torre of CMU.
