Biography

Dipak Bhandari has completed a Master of Information Technology at Bond University. Dipak is currently a Project Leader at the Tasmanian ICT Centre. He has had extensive experience in developing and managing complex databases and web applications. Dipak worked with Queensland University of Technology before joining CSIRO. He is passionate about developing software applications that provide practical solutions to real world problems.
