Biography
Alex Grancea completed his 5 year studies at the Faculty of Physics, Bucharest, Romania, in 1986, graduating with an MEngSc degree in Applied Physics.
From 1986 to 1994 he worked for the Institute of Physics and Technology of Materials (Bucharest), with the Microwave Laboratory, as research engineer. Most notable achievements were developments of microwave devices, like circulators and tunable YIG filters.
He migrated to Australia in 1994.
