Workshop on Adaptability in Multi-Agent Systems
The First RoboCup Australian Open 2003 (AORC-2003)

The First RoboCup Australian Open 2003 tournament (Simulation League) and workshop on Adaptability in Multi-Agent Systems will take place in Sydney, during the last week of January, 2003 at the University of New South Wales - home of the most successful Australian RoboCuppers!

The Workshop scope is mainly within the field of adaptive multi-agent systems. The workshop will include invited talks and technical paper presentations in a range of areas of interest, including self-organisation in complex systems, adaptive coordination, resource-bounded reasoning, emergent computation, robust agent architectures, etc.

  2:00 pm        Adaptive Sensor Networks in Ageless Aerospace Vehicles (CSIRO/NASA project).

          Technical presentations:

  2:30 pm        Andrew Jennings, Chirag Shah, Harit Jani, Maulik Upadhya and Murtuza Kapadia (RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia). "Team Yarra: holistic soccer".

  3:00 pm        Yang Yang, Xiaoping Chen (University of Science and Technology of China). "A Hybrid Agent Architecture for Dynamic and Unpredictable Environments".
