Paul Watters
Dr. Paul A. Watters is Acting Academic Director of
Postgraduate Professional Development Programs in the Division of
Information and Communication Sciences at Macquarie University. He
has worked in the enterprise and distributed systems area for
several years, and was previously with the CSIRO ICT Centre. Dr.
Watters has an interest in physiologically plausible pattern
recognition technology stemming from his research into neural
networks for his Master of Philosophy (Cambridge) and Doctor of
Philosophy (Macquarie) degrees. He is the author of numerous
professional books on enterprise systems administration, and has
presented many IEEE conference papers on various non-functional
requirements in distributed systems.
