Abstract

Sapient can create an e-business from defining the strategy through to implementing the web site. With so many different disciplines involved in different phases, we have found that scenarios are one of the most useful tools to hold the whole design together. They allow the different disciplines to cut through their own jargon and effectively communicate with each other to create an end product that enhances the user's experience. This presentation looks at the way that scenarios have been used within Sapient from defining strategy to producing detailed web site designs.
