Abstract
In this talk, I will present an overview of the Spoken Language
Processing system being developed at Syrinx. I will first describe the
general system architecture and show how SYLAN is integrated with SYCON,
the Syrinx speech recognizer. Applications of Syrinx Speech Systems are
in call centre automation and I will then give some examples from a
particular application, the Olympics Information System, to be
demonstrated during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
